Comments: Hi Kishore, This is Ganesh Bandaru (BTK) from 86-88 Intermediate batch Govt Jr college. I am not sure whether you still remember me. Somehow, I came across this web site and thought I would add couple of lines. It is really nice to come across from the childhood. Read some of the comments from the guest book and learned about Srikanth. I am really saddened to hear the news. Try to send me an e-mail and we will try to catch up. Regards, Ganesh

I felt extremely sorry when I heard about the news, last time I saw Srikanth was in 1989 when he came to Vizag to visit his aunt. It is nice to see friends like you pay tributes to him. Comments: Thanks for spreading the message about the importance of training and development in Organisational context. Somehow people back home think that training budget is an unwanted expenditure and strongly believe that Organisation would survive and grow without such fancy ideas of spending. Good luck in your endeavours MR Kishore to rock the boat and wakeup people to think and act. b f n g.kasturi

Comments: I teach human relations at Amarillo College in Amarillo, Texas. I require my students to do a personal SWOT analysis each semester as i learned a great deal from having to reassess my life when I was 58 years old and out of work for the first time in my life. I learned that I had alot more strenghts than I thought and had accomplished a lot more than I had believed.

Comments: I think your action of not getting distracted from your duty, is a reflection of Devotion to your duty, in the line of ZEN thinking ,or a shade of Bhagvad Gita. may be what u lacked is that the ability to be instantaneously happy, by being child like enthusiasm/curiosity.

Comments: I agree that vegetarianism is meant for spiritual growth. From a spiritual point, however eating raw foods only is not the strict definition of vegetarianism. There are foods in the mode of goodness, passion & ignorance. Eating animals is mode of ignorance. Eating spicy food(even vegetables) is mode of passion & eating fresh fruits & vegetables is in mode of goodness - even if they are cooked. Ghee which can be used for cooking is an essential part of vedic cooking. Ghee is in the mode of goodness. So it is incorrect to say that cooking vegetables is not vegetarian. Also it is better to eat spicy food than eating meat from a spiritual point. In fact it is recommended that people who are wanting to develop spiritually but are meat eaters, can first move towards eating spicy food & later towards eating Satvic(mode of goodness) food. Then slowly you can take out garlic & onion also from the diet(both are foods in mode of passion). People who are eating meat should definitely be feeling guilt. After all they are killing other spiritual beings, just to satisfy their taste buds. Guilt(from a spiritual point of view) is what you feel when you do something against your natural position, which is to be loving & caring towards others & not be mean & cruel to other spirit souls(even in animal bodies)

Comments: I would suggest Swot Analysis to be done every 6 month. I recently did SWOT analysis and attached it to my resume. It helped me in interview and get an appointment order. I could jump from Manager QA to Regional QA Head. SWOT analysis has build in me confidence to face interview with TOP executive. I would suggest, your home page could be a ground for review, pl post few of the comments / a review report by you will also help. I am only 2 days old in your home page. Regards Sunil Nair

Comments: Hi Kishore and all friends, this is RaviKanth Sarma from Intermediate batch of Govt. Junior college. Very sad to know about Srikanth. Infact Girichandu called me last week end and informed me about him. Subba sent a mail with ur site to me. From the 2 years I spent with him at RJY I always remember his cheerful ways and very positive outlook. He was a very easy going guy and pretty confident at the same time. My condolences to his parents. Sad to hear about tragic end of a friend . May god provide comfort to his family at this juncture.
