If you think you can, you can
Try and Discover all that you can be
Find Happiness
Don't ever give up your dreams
Choose want you want to be
A Smile
One day at a time –
This is enough.
Do not look back
And grieve over the past
For it is gone;
And do not be troubled
About the future,
For it has not yet come.
Live in the present,
And make it so beautiful
That it will be
Worth remembering
Never put off till tomorrow
What you can do today.
Never trouble another for
What you can do yourself
Never spend your money
Before you have it
Never buy what you do not want
Because it is cheap
Pride costs us more than hunger,
Thirst and cold
We seldom repent having
eaten too little
Nothing is troublesome
That we do willingly
How much pain the evils have caused
Us that have never happened
Take things always by the smooth handle
Your mind is your real self –
Your real being.
There are more and more
Possibilities in nature,
In the elements, in man and out of man;
And they come as fast as man sees
And knows how to use these forces,
In nature and in himself.

There is a funny old saying, one that says
"If you don’t ride a bicycle,
you don’t fall off!"
what it means to say, of course, is
if you do put a lot of energy into something,
you are bound to make mistakes;
and if you take a lot of risks,
you are bound to tumble here and there.
But remember this: that if you persist,
You will arrive at the destination of your choice.
And if you do occassioinally fall in the process,
You’ll learn much more than if you don’t.
So try, and do, and discover all that you can be.
