About my Father

My Father Chavali Rama Murthy is now staying in Rajahmundry. He has spent more than 30 years teaching. I always admire teaching profession. It is a very noble profession. Even today his students of past years (sometime more than 15 years back) contact him and thank him for what he has done. This page will focus on his career, achievements, interests. One hobby he has been pursuing for years and succeeded in bringing to a culmination is jokes collection. He has been collecting jokes for a long time and managed to publish 'English Jokes' book as a collection. This book has been published by Vignan Publishers, Guntur, India. I have selected a few good jokes and added them here. I will try to post a few jokes every month. I hope you will like them.

His primary interest is English Literature with P.G.Wodehouse and Oscar Wilde as his favorite authors. He has almost full collection of P.G.Wodehouse books and corresponded with him.
