Spiritual Experiences (Part-9) Kishore Hurdles removed After meeting Guruji I expressed interest to create a website on his name so that more people will be benefited by that. At that time my intentions were not pure. I was having some selfish motives in that. Guruji didn't say anything because he might have sensed that. After 6 months of coming to US, my spiritual experiences helped me to overcome the selfish motives. And may be Guruji also realized it is the right time. One time when I called India and got a chance to talk to Guruji without my asking, Guruji asked to start the website work. He also suggested that the name of the site should contain Lord Hanuman's name. He has foreseen lot of things and might also have realized that the website will attract more devotees to his fore.  Though I got a go-ahead to the website, I was wondering how I will get necessary resources for the same. Since I came to US only 6 months back, my financial position was not good to invest more than $1000 dollars to buy a computer at home. But I had confidence in Lord Hanuman and Guruji that all necessary hurdles will be removed in the divine purpose.  Within couple of weeks of this event, I got unexpected money into my hands. It was completely unexpected and just right amount for buying computer. Treating this as divine guided event, I went ahead with plans of purchasing a computer with help of my brother. I got a very good configuration of computer at good price without having to worry a lot about it. I registered the domain through my brother who is into web hosting business. I have also been maintaining an intranet site at work and the work I did there helped in coming up with a good design for Jaihanuman.org. I felt lot of 'right' events led me gradually to the divine work and it is progressing well with grace of Guruji and Lord Hanuman. As Guruji told us, hurdles are removed by Lord when we trust HIM and serve HIM. This unexpected money that came into my hands, coincides with similar experiences I had before. During August of every year my wife does pooja of Goddess Lakshmi (Goddess of Wealth) as per custom. Every time for pooja she buys a new ornament of Gold in name of Goddess. Whenever my wife wanted to buy Gold ornament I would hesitate about the amount needed for purchase and don't make any commitment. And every time my wife expressed this intention, I come into unexpected money by some means or the other. It is always divine blessing and that unexpected reward we receive is immediately invested into buying the ornament for Goddess Lakshmi. For past few years, we never had to worry about money for this particular occasion. The above instance I mentioned also coincided with the same occasion and I got enough money to spend on both divine purposes of buying a gold ornament for Goddess Lakshmi and also buy a computer. I will never forget this divine blessings. Parking space available only for me A few months back I planned to visit Golden Gate bridge with my family. Golden Gate Bridge is in San Fransisco city which is around 50 miles away from my residence. I enquired with friends and came to know that this spot will be crowded and will be difficult to get parking place. If you don't get parking space in regular spot for tourists one needs to go another location and park the car and come back. This will cause some inconvenience. We started at around 3 PM in the afternoon to San Fransisco. Going to Golden Gate bridge involves going through downtown of San Fransisco. The roads are crowded and very confusing. Despite taking directions I got lost and was circling the place. Finally I stopped at a gas station and asked for directions. I immediately got directions from a cab driver. (This event was exact repeat of similar event one year back, which I will narrate later). After getting directions I was able to get back on proper route and reach parking place.  As I entered the parking place I found parking lot was full and there were four cars ahead of me which were also circling in search of parking place. I was wondering what I should do next. As I was slowing down, some one signed to me asking me to wait since he is taking out his car. I was surprised at this. What prompted this particular person to invite me instead of all the four cars that were waiting ahead of me. I felt it was divine guidance.  It would have been thought of as a coincidence in normal circumstances. But when I was talking to couple of my friends telling them that I went to visit Golden Gate Bridge during weekend, their first question was: "Did you get parking space easily?". This really convinced me that whatever happened was due to divine grace only.  Related to this event was a similar experience one year back: When I visited US alone in May 2000, my classmate Jayakrishna also was in the same place. We planned to visit Golden Gate and started at 6 PM. As we reached San Fransisco we got lost and circled for half an hour looking for proper route. At that time also we stopped at a Gas Station and asked for directions. This place was the same gas station I went to after one year as I described above. How do you feel when an event in past repeats itself? This event looks familiar - history repeats itself. I wanted to share this coincidence also along with my spiritual experience.  Back
